Our approach.
Tower Garden Construction was established to provide a complete design and build service from concept through to completion.
We have extensive experience in all aspects of construction and employ specialists for every stage of a project.
This approach provides assurance to our clients and removes many of the risks associated with construction work.
Concept.
The concept stage is where we consider our client’s requirements and advise on the potential for the project. We will consider buildability and whether there are any constraints on the build or the site.
Design.
The design stage includes the essential phases of any construction project to enable works to commence. Our fully qualified in house design team provides the following pre-construction services:
Initial feasibility and concept design drawings
Planning drawings and planning applications
Building regulation drawings and applications
Structural engineers design and calculations
Further to obtaining planning permission, which is a statutory period of 8 weeks (albeit this can take much longer depending on the complexity of the project), the building regulation drawings and structural design and calculations can progress to enable a fully compliant design to be priced.
This list is not exhaustive; you may also require professional assistance with party wall services, build over agreements, listed building consents, energy assessments, and much more, all of which Tower Garden Construction can advise you on via our in house qualified professionals.
Note: If you do not employ Tower Garden Construction through the pre-construction phases you must ensure that, as a minimum, these items are allowed for.
Build.
Following the pre-construction concept and design stages the build can commence. Our experienced site teams work closely with our design team, ensuring the smooth running of every construction project.
Alternatively, if you already have a concept and your design is complete, then we would be more than happy to provide you with a competitive estimate for the build stage.
